The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and a further 20% of the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Extra Beds
There is an option for extra bed for children 6-12 with 15$ per night even children above 12 years or adults 35$ per night. Infant’s or kids up to 6 years old can stay in existing beds.

Modern fully furnished rooms are fully spacious with 38sqm in each room. All rooms are furnished with king size bed in which u can have a perfect relaxation. Nevertheless, the kitchen is completely equipped with all the necessary equipment like a refrigerator, toaster etc. Two chairs with dining table arranged upon your requirement. In the living room, you have a Sofa with Flat Screen TV and satellite channels on the other hand high-speed WIFI facility available for you. Even modern fully furnished bathrooms consist of hot water, shower, and other necessary things. The bathroom is separated. All rooms are fully covered by A/C. To protect your items we have provide safety locker. On tan he other hand sealing fan also available in all rooms. Cleanness is the most priority of the rooms. Infant’s or kids up to 6 years old can stay in existing beds. The rooms specially designed for having great holidays under the sun-kissed nature surroundings. For secure purpose have fixed safety locker which will increase the safety. Not even that rooms are totally safe for the infants or kids followed necessary steps to increase the safety.
